Passionate about Ballet and physical preparation, I have trained in Havana (Escuela Nacional de Ballet), in Saint Petersburg with soloists from the Mariinsky and Mikhalovski Theatres and all over France with the greatest. I have danced for the Operas of Rennes, Nice and Saint-Etienne. I have graduated from ISDAT (State Diploma) as a Ballet Teacher from ISDAT.

Subsequently, I decided to learn Pilates to improve my dance practice and transmission. Noticing a clear improvement in my posture, quality of movements and a decrease in certain pains, I fell in love with this technique. This led me to train and certify in Mat I, Mat II, Small Equipment and Pilates adapted for seniors and pregnant women at Studio Evolution in Toulouse.

Always eager to improve my knowledge in Well-being, I am also training in Yoga (200h certification by Yoga Alliance International) with SSCS Training.

Since then, I have been teaching in Toulouse and Biarritz to a variety of audiences with the aim of bringing a general physical well-being, felt both during everyday activities and targeted performances for athletes.
